Terms & Conditions

This agreement is made between All American Cyber (the "Service Provider") and the customer (the "Customer") who agrees to the terms of this agreement. By purchasing any services from the Service Provider, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

1. No Refund Policy: Once content or services are delivered, there will be no refunds. The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for the payment of all services requested from the Service Provider.

2. Additional Charges: Any hours worked beyond the scope of the services outlined in the proposal will be charged at an agreed upon rate. Any additional services requested by the Customer will also be billed separately.

3. US Customers Only: The Service Provider only provides services to customers located in the United States. Any customers located outside the US must obtain written approval before services can be provided.

4. Right to Refuse Service: The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time, without explanation or justification.

5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, and any legal action arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, FL.

By requesting services from the Service Provider, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
