I am glad you are here. Let me introduce myself. My name is Trey Clark, owner and founder of All American Cyber. I founded this company because I believe that with technology becoming ever more prevalent in our daily lives someone needs to be there to guide people through the maze of the modern technology jungle. Its ok to not be a tech expert, but in todays world everyone will, at some point or another, have to use advanced technology.
Why start a technology consulting company in Monument CO?
The answer to this question is quite simple, I have lived here and been a part of this community for 25 years! I want to use my experience and knowledge to help the community I live in. After doing the 9-5 grind for several years working in the Information Technology sector I noticed something. Most IT professionals are focused on big business. They support companies like Amazon, Netflix, or Walmart, and this lives small business and individuals to either fend for themselves or deal with call centers in foreign countries reading off scripts. Let's face it, no one wants to sit on hold for an hour only to deal with someone who is just reading line for line from what's on their screen. With this in mind, I wanted to bring Information Technology Consulting to everyone.
My Goal as a Information Technology Consulting company
My goal is take what I learned working for bigger companies and apply that knowledge in a way that helps local businesses, families, and individuals. These people have busy lives and don't have time to waste hours sitting on the phone with "tech support" thinking about just throwing their computer out the window to stop the frustration. One of the biggest missteps I have seen in the tech world is a simple one to fix, jargon. It is easy to get lost in a sea of confusing words when talking with an IT pro, and that doesn't help anyone. Most people need someone who can talk to them about their tech questions in a way anyone can understand, free of buzzwords and jargon. I intend to help everyone unlock the mysteries of technology by explaining it in a fashion anyone can get without needing to learn a whole new language!
My Hope
It is my hope that I can demystify IT, help small business and local people get the most out of their technology in a quick and efficient manner so they can get back to living their lives! While I may not have what you are looking for listed on the site just yet, I am open to hearing your needs so that I can tailor my services to best serve our community.
